We should consider making votings for LT15. I think maho has said it will be a FFA game. I presume it will use LT14 settings as a starting point.

I plan to make a voting to try and increase "set diplchance=20".

Should we do something about Isaac Newton wonder? It seems to be a very powerful wonder.... Should we increase its cost, or make it obsolete after a while (probably before Seti Program).
