noob question - how to apply for game

Hi

I just recently came along this page and it is exactly what I was looking for.
I read in several posts on LT13 and LTXIII and that one has to sign in to play.

Where do I do that?
Are there still free places?

Every how many months is a new game started?

Bad choice. LT13 is the one

Bad choice.
LT13 is the one with free places :)
LTXIII is full, I mean, all players with non-zero idle turns count are not quite good candidates for being taken over - short of being dead.
