Idlers removing and RSS

Today, 2 important events occured:

- removed Cruise_Missile, due to his idling more than 10 turns. Cruise, if you won't start playing LT7 you will be removed from there too.

- added ability to subscribe to RSS with comments on this page, which can be limited to given page, tags/taxonomies.

could please someone responsable zelos and zachros from LT7. Sorry guys, but you both are idle for MORE THAN 10 turns now. Isnt there anybody on that idlers replacement list?
