This will be my first longturn game and I'm kind of confused about how diplomacy will work in LT13. I've seen a lot of discussion but don't know what the final decision is. Is diplomacy only carried out informally, through emails, or through the standard diplomacy dialogue boxes? Because the chances of two players being online at the same time is slim, how would the latter work?
Also, will my version of the FreeCiv client, 2.1.3, be compatible with this, or will I have to "downgrade" to 2.0.x?
So someone wanted to be "kind" and sign me up for lt13 using my login. Just to be clear, I did not want to sign-up in the first place; I have changed the password now, so no more mischief you evil little elves. ;)
Oh and btw Durandal's avatar/icon is awesome. That just made my day. XD
Marduk, if you're back, please do mailing to all LT13 members, that LT13 have been started 2 days ago, and they have only one day to press turn done, otherwise will be removed from game :).

1) Will Warclient-2.0.10+0.10.1 work for this? or do I need to download a different client? if so please post a link.
2) How and when will I connect to the game? server port etc? will this be emailed to me? or is there a url where I can see these?
