LTeX2.1 - moverefilltime patch applied

I have applied Book's patch to LTeX2.1, to let us test it.

It would be nice if we will use it in LtXIV, but my tests sometimes gives strange results.

moverefilltime=36000 which means - 10 hours.

So, please, if you find any unexpected behaviour with moverefillpatch while playing LTeX2.1, please report it and set your ticked as related to issue #1025.

I hope this patch works on LTeX2.1, because I too would like to add it into LtXIV. I will add a poll about this in ten days time (If it works!). I suggest people also comment here on what it actually does - (ie what is the expected behaviour).

To give an example, suppose

To give an example, suppose that the timeout is 24h and the move refill time is 6h. If you move a unit 4h before the turn changes, then the unit's moves will be refilled 2h after the turn change. Each movement point is kept track of and refilled in the order that it is used.

Maho should post what settings the server is using (or did I miss that somewhere?) so people know what the expected behaviour is. There is unfortunately no way to see what move refills are pending from the client side at the moment...

Yup - feedback, here it goes

There's one thing that either needs to be known, or fixed :)

If we assume T=0 on moment of turn change, turn lasting 23 hours, and moverefill value of 10 hours, then following happened:
T=-1 - I moved unit, for 1 and 1/3 movepoints worth distance
T=0 - turn changed and my unit had 1 and 2/3 move points, kind of correct (non-experienced footman). I loaded unit on boat and moved to another landmass, landing him there.
T=9 - my unit regained 1 and 1/3 move point, being able to move in the same turn it unloaded from boat

hi all,

I think there may be another problem about the move refill patch.

If i remember well (it's in LTeX), i moved my hardened horseman just after TC, at least 7 moves, to 0 left. Now 22h later, before TC, it has 8 move points back.

Did anyone meet that too ?

move refill bug

I think there may be another problem with the move refill patch.

I moved a wounded hardened horseman with 2 and one third movement points left onto a fortress to recover. Now after TC, it has full strength and ten and one third movement points.

It seems both the recovery and the patch have restored movement points.
