This poll is to set the rapturedelay in LTXIII.
In LT11 rapturedelay was 3 for a slower game and greater use of granaries.
In LT12 rapturedelay was 1 allowing rapid expansion of cities and a faster game.

IMHO:
Nothing wrong with (fast) rapturing, however a higher rapturedelay makes it less a race for the endgame, and makes the ancient/medieval times more interesting than it is now.
