Due to fact that LT9 is team game, it could be a problem to apply current general LT rules about removing idlers. So me and Marduk have met, and made following agreement:

General rule is "goal is to keep number of active players equal".

Detailed implementation:

1. people from idlers takeover list (further called takeovers) will be taken to that team which have more idlers, until number of idlers in both teams are equal.

2. next, if we have more idlers and more takeovers, we choose one by one from takeover list (like we was choosing players to team), team which didn't choose players in step (2) (second team after bad-luck-team) chooses first.

3. next, if we have more idlers, we create operating accounts for each idler to manage idlers, and teams are managing them, until new takeover will appear in takeover list.

4. when we have new takeover on the list, team which has more operating accounts will give one of them to takeover.

If number of operating accounts is equal, team next to last choosing team will give him operating account first
