I suggest we decrease the percentage of hit points that a wounded unit on a fortress recovers each turn in LTXVI.
I suggest we increase the cost of Marco Polo's Embassy. This will make it harder to build in the early game.
I suggest we increase the effect of police stations. This will allow republican democratic cities to have more military units outside cities or forts.
I suggest we scale terrain move costs to compensate for the increased unit movement rates in longturn.
I suggest we increase the population cost for producing new settlers in LTXVI.
I suggest we increase the number of starting settlers in LTXVI.
