4 = diplomacy is disabled.

3 = diplomacy is restricted to teams. (current setting)
4 = diplomacy is disabled for everyone.

LTXV - lower diplchance

I think the default diplchance=80% is very high. It makes it much easier to revolt cities than conquering them militarily (at least until Democracy).

LTeX - offline diplomacy

Thanks to Book we have offline diplomacy in LTeX.

Obviously, it means that I reintroduced diplomacy=1 there. Also, I set contactturns=5 to let players make meeting without embassy.

LT13 - Diplomacy

diplomacy setting

  1. 3 = diplomacy is restricted to teams. (60%)
  2. 1 = diplomacy is only allowed between human players (current).
  3. 4 = diplomacy is disabled for everyone., 2 = diplomacy is only allowed between AI players., 0 = default; diplomacy is enabled for everyone.

some basic questions

I have a few basic questions regarding the rules. Do all of the wonders affect gameplay (I know Apollo and Manhattan definitely do)?
