New LTeX with Landmass=85 and tweaked Caravans?

LTXIV definitally showed that banning caravans makes a huge impact on the game, mostly a positive one in my opinion. But some players like caravan trade as a peaceful way to develop themselves.

LTXIII - set landmass

I suggest we change the landmass setting. it configures the percentage of the map that is land

The default for freeciv is 30.
Recent longturn games have used the value 50.

Lack of land..

I'm not sure this goes for everyone, but I think there's a severe lack of land on the LT7 map. The combination of landmass=35 and citymindistance=5 mean there's only place for a couple cities per player. I hope we'll have more landmass next time, otherwise such a citymindistance really makes it impossible to grow. Or the mapsize must be increased further next time, but that may be hard on the server.
