I have applied Book's patches (unitwaittime and foggedborders) to LTXV. Thanks Book for that.

LTeX2.1 was restarted this night, but due to some error - with savegame from about week ago.

From now, you can delegate control of your player by submitting your friend's name in Control delegation form.

I had to restart freeciv servers (but not restart game)

I made mistake in calculations, and this team should be teamed, not teamless as I wrote yesterday.

So, I restarted it with teams.

I had to restart server again few hours ago...

I have just restarted the LTeX server, to change it to the LT11 settings.

Due to problem with 47th turn started too early and demands, LT10 game has been restarted and reverted to 46th turn.

There was some blackdown, and whole machine restarted. So, civservers restarted too.
